Participation terms for the preparation phase

Terms version: 2026-09-25-v1

The store reviews your application. Each account may submit one application. Approval reserves your code without activating commercial features at this stage.
After activation, the planned customer discount is 5% and affiliate commission is 5% of eligible product value after discounts, excluding VAT and delivery. Some products may be excluded; exclusions will be communicated before activation.
Link attribution is planned for 30 days, with the required consent. A code entered at checkout takes priority; otherwise the last valid affiliate link applies. Each order is attributed to one affiliate, without lifetime customer attribution.
Commission approval is planned for 30 days after recorded delivery, provided no return or dispute is pending. Cancellations and returns reduce or cancel commission, including after it has been paid.
Monthly payments are planned from an approved balance of €50. Smaller balances carry forward. Documentation requirements and final payment conditions will be communicated and accepted before commercial activation.
Self-purchases, artificial referrals and misleading health promises are not permitted. The partnership must be clearly disclosed to your audience. Multiple discount codes cannot be combined in one order.
Acceptance covers participation in the preparation phase and the proposed rules above. It does not promise a launch date or income. Application details are used to assess and manage the partnership; do not include customers' personal data or payment details.

Commerce participation terms

Terms version: 2026-09-25-commerce-v1

Commerce participation requires an approved application, separate enrolment by the store, acceptance of these terms and an active programme. Acceptance of the preparation terms does not replace this acceptance.
An active personal code provides a 5% discount on eligible products only. Commission is 5% of the saved net value of eligible products after discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. Eligibility is checked at checkout and the final amount is shown before payment.
The personal code entered by the buyer takes precedence over a link. Otherwise, the last valid click within 30 days applies, only with separate recognition consent. Visits and purchases do not renew this period. Link recognition does not automatically apply a discount.
One discount code is allowed per order. Another coupon earns link-based commission only if the store explicitly permits that combination. Self-purchases do not qualify for commission. The partnership must be disclosed to the audience; artificial referrals and misleading health claims are prohibited.
Commission from a genuine, confirmed payment remains pending for at least 30 days after recorded delivery. Open returns, disputes and reviews delay approval. Cancellations and refunds reduce or remove the corresponding commission. After a payout, an adjustment is recorded against the next balance without automatically debiting a bank account.
Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer for approved balances of €50 or more. Smaller balances carry forward. The beneficiary, required documents and tax obligations are verified before payment. Displayed commission is before any statutory deductions and does not promise an identical net bank payment.
The store controls activation and product inclusion. Earnings are not guaranteed. Material changes to the terms require renewed acceptance and do not retrospectively change saved details of earlier orders. Contact the store about payment details, changes or leaving the programme.
